- EXTRA-THICK 4.06 MM BASE: AISI 430 Grade magnetic stainless steel plate attached to the thick base. Stays flat always heats evenly and food does not burn and stick. It can safely be used on all domestic gas, electric, halogen, ceramic, and induction cooktops.
- PRESSURE-LOCKED SAFETY LID: Will not open until the pressure falls to a safe level
