Our return is very flexible and customer-friendly, we try to accommodate our patrons as much as we can, we welcome replacements on the following terms -
A wrong product has been dispatched
If the customer identifies a manufacturing defect on the received product.
If the product is received in a damaged condition
Please initiate the process with 48 hours of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please send us a minimum of 2 images (one of the damaged part and one of the entire product) of the product for us to ascertain the reason for return. You can send us the images on email@example.com from where our Quality Assurance team will check the details in reference to its eligibility of return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return pickup intimation, as well as details on when the package will be picked up. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Replacement Once the return is accepted and your reversed product arrives at our facility, we will go ahead and send you a fresh replacement of the product you had ordered from our website
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and send you a fresh replacement of the product you had ordered from our website. In case, the originally ordered product is not with us or with the Brand - we will go ahead and refund the amount to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time, typically 24-72 working hours for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund.
