I purchased Frypan glass top and facing fitting problem, when I talked with customer care team of Rasoi Shop they told that Please send mail regarding this. I sent mail on 19th January but don't receive reply till date. I am sorry to say it is a very pathetic service

Product selected is surely good but I want to appreciate Rasoi shop team for prompt despatch and careful packing to avoid any damage ( order is glass jar which received absolutely intact.But pl improve on communication which is bit slow. Shall buy again other products from Radoi shop in future.
