Colorful Celebrations: Eggless Tutti Frutti Cake for a Merry Christmas

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your Oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a Loaf pan with butter or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mix tutti frutti and chopped nuts with 1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour. This will help prevent them from sinking to the bottom of the cake during baking.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter and sugar until well combined.
  4. Add yogurt to the mixture and whisk until smooth. Then, add milk and vanilla extract, continuing to whisk until the ingredients are fully incorporated.
